  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255: Provides free and confidential support 24/7 for people in distress and crisis.
  • Nationwide Poison Control Center 1-800-222-1222: Call in case of suspected poisoning and get expert answers free of cost. Available 24/7.
  • Office of Overseas Citizens Services 1-202-501-4444: For U.S. citizens abroad experiencing emergencies who can't contact an embassy. The phone number during non-business hours is 202-647-4000.
  • USAGov 1-844-872-4681: Call for information on federal agencies, programs, benefits, services, and more. Available toll-free between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Disponible en espaƱol.
