Navy servicemembers with hats off look onto New York City and the World Trade Center

Join Us for a Moment of Silence

Sixteen years ago our country, way of life, and freedom came under attack. The painful events of that tragic morning changed us forever.

On September 11, our nation will pause to remember the more than 3,000 people who lost their lives that day in 2001.

Join USAGov on Monday at 8:46 AM ET for a moment of silence, marking the exact moment Flight 11 crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City.

Let’s unite in service the same way many came together after the attacks. Find volunteer opportunities in your community and pay tribute to the victims and heroes of 9/11.
