One-Time Events

USAGov helped the Small Business Administration (SBA) host and moderate a Google Hangout to educate young entrepreneurs - in Spanish. The 30-minute event attracted 200 viewers and more that 200 questions, generating media coverage and 1,900 page views for SBA's online course. 

One-Time Campaigns

In 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice teamed up with USAGov to raise public awareness of sexual harrassment in housing. Through emails and social media posts, we helped spread critical messaging to protect renters and share reporting resources - reaching over 84,000 people.

In March 2020, USAGov partnered with the Federal Trade Commission and Social Security Administration on a public education campaign related to scams. We met to strategize and created original content, mapping out a timeline for digital media strategies. As part of the strategy, we hosted a Twitter Chat Live event for National Consumer Protection Week that garnered over 620,000 impressions..

Full Service Support

USAGov has been working with the Social Security Administration (SSA) to raise awareness about Social Security benefits and equip citizens with tools to ensure their financial security. We have helped SSA refine its messaging, create a strategic content editorial calendar, boost social media and real-time engagement, and amplify their message through our expansive network. Together, we have reached more than 110,000 email subscribers and 300,000 people on social media, including 18,000 video views for our Facebook Live event on financial security. Our featured syndicated article generated 212 media mentions with a total potential audience of 12,576,355.
